How to order from Canada
The term online Canadian Pharmacy is really a misnomer as medication cannot be legally ordered online from Canada. The websites usually include a price list of some sort, and maybe a shopping cart so that you can tally up your order. But in the end to fill the prescription you must call the company on their toll free number to order the medication. The Canadian pharmacies website will provide a series of forms that can be printed out on your computer. If you don’t have access to a computer, the pharmacy can usually fax or mail the forms to you. The forms usually include a medical questionnaire, and a consent form that must be signed and witnessed. A prescription is needed from your doctor, and can be either faxed or mailed back with all the forms filled out.

The first time an order is placed, expect it to be a long process, especially if the forms have to be mailed to Canada. Printing the forms from the website, or having them faxed speeds up the process by about a week. The medication will not be dispensed until all forms are received and verified by a Canadian Doctor. Most pharmacies give you the option to fax the forms and a copy of the prescription back to them, which again will save almost a week. The order must then be shipped from Canada, which can take up to two weeks.
The good news is that the forms do not have to be filled out every time. You may be asked to update your medical questionnaire on a yearly basis. But other than that, the only thing you would have to send in would be any new prescriptions.

Refills
Refills are even quicker. If your doctor gives you a prescription for a year, the Canadian pharmacy can send you three months of the prescription at a time. Then all you need to do is call and request a refill of the prescription. We suggest that you call about a month before your medication runs out for your refill. Paying by credit card speeds up the process again, and all you have to do is advise how many months you want, and it is sent out.

Here is a list of some of the established pharmacies in Canada that have nicely laid out ordering procedures.
